We are looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to join this warm and friendly team and a play a key role in supporting overall business administration and support. This is a reputable, financial services, firm boasting low staff turnover and high staff wellbeing where employees enjoy working in an environment where they are valued and have excellent job security.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Working with external agency to provide admin support for marketing activities
- Archive management: visiting off-site storage unit
- Typing letters, correspondence, and accounts
- Greeting clients and visitors on arrival at reception
- Receiving and dealing with telephone calls, taking accurate messages and actioning as necessary
- Receiving, recording and distributing incoming mail
- Ensure outgoing mail is recorded, franked and sent appropriately
- Photocopying, scanning and faxing as required
- Taking payments for client invoices
- Data entry
- General office administration duties
KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organisational skills
- IT literate (Microsoft Office applications)
- Multitasking & workload prioritisation
- Attention to detail
- Working to deadlines
