JOB TITLE:       Head of Paid Search

SALARY:          £55,000 - £65,000

LOCATION:      (Remote) London (Some travel to London Office)

 

An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Marketing professional, specialising in paid search advertising, to join the UK’s largest hiring platform company. As the successful candidate you will work with an open, dynamic and international team and will be responsible for managing and optimising SEA activities in this team.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through evolution of paid search strategy
  • Responsible for the day-to-day management and achievement of agreed targets and budgets
  • Manage your stakeholders closely and ensure effective reporting on all paid search activities
  • Work across functional with our development & product organisation to further improve landing pages
  • Co-operate closely with other colleagues from the areas of online marketing & web analytics

 

REQUIRED SKILLS:

 

  • Experience in a paid search / SEA role
  • Experience with managing budgets
  • Data driven in planning & executing
  • Ability to see the bigger picture and ensure ongoing account maintenance/ optimisation
  • Communicate & collaborate effectively and be someone that the team can turn to for strategic leadership & guidance
  • Google AdWords experience
  • Although not essential, any experience with bid-management tools would be advantageous
