Position:           Marketing Assistant & Administrator

Salary:              £18,000 - £25,000 DOE

Contract:          Permanent

Location:          Lincoln

 

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced administrator with marketing experience to join an established and highly regarded accountancy firm as a Marketing Assistant & Administrator. This is an excellent role for someone that likes variety and enjoys working as part of a friendly team.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Proactively manage the company website & social media pages
  • Ensuring all online information is accurate and up to date
  • To grow the social media following across all platforms (Facebook, Twitter & LinkedIn)
  • Creating & editing articles to be published across the website and social media pages
  • Submit ideas & recommendations for website and social media content & marketing strategies
  • Working with external agencies to provide technical content and input
  • Monitoring Google analytics and SEO
  • Working as part of a team to provide administrative support across the firm
  • Typing letters, correspondence & accounts
  • Greeting clients & visitors
  • Receiving and dealing with telephone calls & taking messages
  • Receiving, recording & distributing incoming mail & ensuring outgoing mail is recorded, franked & sent appropriately
  • General photocopying, scanning & faxing duties as required
  • Taking payments for client invoices
  • Arc hive management
  • Data entry
  • Filing

 

SKILLS REQUIRED

 

  • Marketing & social media experience within a business setting
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Creative writing skills
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Confident with IT
  • The ability to work to deadlines & prioritise workload effectively
  • Multitasking skills
  • Be a proactive & positive team player
