An exciting opportunity has become available for a suitably experienced candidate to join an established and highly regarded, local business that boasts low staff turnover and high employee satisfaction. As the successful candidate you will have experience of coordinating projects, being a main point of contact, liaising with multiple 3rd parties, providing excellent customer service and ensuring relevant administration is up to date.

 

Our client is a cornerstone within their industry and have been based in Lincoln for over 50 years with an impeccable reputation. Specialists in flooring, they provide a complete service to both residential and commercial clients ranging from domestic properties to retail premises, schools, universities, hospitals, and local authorities. In this role you will be responsible for working within the House Building team supporting with the coordination and project management of flooring projects in relation to new build homes and housing developments.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Allocation of labour on to daily sheet
  • Dealing with fitters first thing in the morning
  • Dealing with fitters site problems
  • Arrange fitting dates with relevant sites
  • Site visits as required
  • Dealing with snagging
  • Pricing new sites
  • Deal with customer care
  • Health & safety issues (COSH etc)
  • Scanning of plans
  • Processing of jobs
  • Producing cut sheets
  • Producing job sheets
  • Dealing with customers in showroom
  • Dealing with telephone enquiries
  • General administration & filing
  • Supervising fitters work
  • Arranging site samples
  • Invoicing
